Marco Heimeshoff
Short biography:
Marco Heimeshoff is a Software Developer, Domain-Driven Design Trainer, EventStorming Facilitator, and Conference Speaker.
His current focus is agentic AI development: helping developers and teams move beyond vibe coding and build deliberate, sustainable AI-augmented workflows. He brings a distinctive perspective to this space, 15+ years of hands-on experience governing complexity through DDD, now applied to architecting agentic development environments. He is also the WhisperHeim Creator and author of agenthoff, an opinionated Domain-Driven Agentic Harness.
He organizes KanDDDinsky, a conference about Domain-Driven Design and the art of business software, and co-founded the German DDD community and VirtualDDD.com.
When he’s not consulting with clients ranging from Intuit, Lego, Mercedes, Vinted, Spotify, and Starbucks to hundreds of smaller organisations, Marco speaks at international conferences on DDD, agentic AI, and socio-technical systems. His development philosophy centers on lifelong learning, focus on language, and empathy.
