Luca Giovenzana
Short biography:
Technology, agility, and startups are the three pillars of Luca Giovenzana’s professional passion.
Currently serving as CTO at Golee and CTPO at viteSicure, Luca previously led the entire scale-up phase at CHILI.
But Luca’s profile is not just about technology: developing talent, building high-performing and successful teams, and leading cross-functional teams in product-driven environments are core aspects that make him a truly well-rounded professional.
A long-time contributor to the tech community, Luca is also an organizer of the Working Software Conference and the Coding Gym Milano–Brianza.
He began his career driven by a deep interest in Linux, Open Source, and Cyber Security, and over the years has taken on roles in QA, DevOps, Engineering, and Agile Delivery.
Today, Luca is also a trainer with Avanscoperta, where he shares knowledge on Domain-Driven Design, event-driven distributed microservices architectures, and the engineering practices that support team and business growth, topics he’s deeply passionate about and sees as essential to building successful software organisations.
