Alessandra Granaudo
Short biography:
Alessandra Granaudo is Training Manager at Avanscoperta, a passionate event organizer (for work and for fun) and an aspiring facilitator.
She designs and coordinates learning experiences that help people and organizations grow and reach their goals, with a curious eye on group dynamics and facilitation.
At Avanscoperta, Alessandra works on training programs, helps build small learning communities, and manages partnerships, turning ideas into initiatives that have a real impact on people, teams, and companies.
Outside of work, she explores theatre, playing with improvisation and embracing the challenge of being on stage.
