Our Training Formats
We care about the Learning Experience. We care about the delivery.
We try to find the perfect match between the topic, the trainer and the format to ensure the best results.
In-Person workshops
In-person workshops are the best way to immerse yourself in a novel way of thinking.
We’ll use the classroom to reinforce the message, streamline the operations, and immerse the learners in a novel, full-of-insights space.
A good class layout also enables better interactions for team activities and provides an excellent chance for networking with like-minded learners.
Boot Camps
Boot camps are usually a 5-day immersive experience. Possibly located outside big cities, they provide the best environment for deep learning and challenge our past assumptions.
Participants will be led through a journey requiring practical skills and effective collaboration.
They are the best formats to build expertise and confidence in juniors quickly.
Online Training Courses
Online training provides a cheaper alternative that is well-suited for some topics.
We embraced the opportunities offered by online formats while being aware of the constraints implicit in the settings. This leads us to a balance of an immersive online experience for hands-on team activities and extra channels and resources available offline.
Pills
A short online training focused on a single specific topic. Usually, a 3-hour online session can be enriched with homework or asynchronous material, like articles and videos.
The interactive session usually consists of exercises and discussions, with lecture mode limited to the bare minimum.
Executive View
Another short online format focused on an actionable overview of a complex topic. While presentations and online content may already be available, this format’s value is in the dynamic customisation to the audience’s needs, made possible by the trainer’s experience.
The Chillout Mode at the end allows for a more open-ended conversation for those who want to keep it going.
Leadership Camps
Standard training formats might not be the best use of your time for your key people when your challenges cannot be precisely labelled or boxed into a pre-defined learning product.
In a leadership camp, a few selected experts will create the background for deep interdisciplinary conversations. They will dig into the audience’s challenges before offering advice, balancing push and pull activities and adapting to the audience’s needs.
Unusual locations work best to support out-of-the-box thinking and enable options.
Train the trainers
Do you need internal champions to lead a large-scale initiative?
Our train-the-trainers formats are designed to give your trainers tools and confidence and to explore and design training activities that will deliver topic-specific messages to your desired audiences.
