Together with Alessandro Di Gioia and Pedro M. Santos, he’s the author of the book Agile Technical Practices Distilled, and of the chapter DDD: collaborazione creative e onestà intellettuale contained in the book Cronache di Domain-Driven Design (by Avanscoperta).
He self-learned Basic on a Commodore when he was 9 and his passion for programming has never faded.
Marco has been working for the past 20+ years between Italy and UK, embracing ideas from Lean, Agile, eXtreme Programming, Domain-Driven Design, and Systems Thinking.
He recently co-founded Alcor Academy to promote a culture of software engineering excellence through our innovative socio-technical training.
