Ivano Masiero
Short biography:
Ivano Masiero has a unique blend of skills and roles that complement and balance each other in perfect harmony: Learning Designer, Software Engineer, and Agile Team Coach.
By combining his passion for experimentation with his engineering background, he helps individuals and organizations create valuable products, services, and experiences by intertwining Lean, Agile, and Design Thinking.
His curiosity often leads him to explore new territories in the world of learning, where he combines neuroscience, Learning Design, and experimentation to craft engaging and transformative learning experiences.
In 2020, Ivano co-founded Kitto, “a box full of things inside to create things outside,” introducing a fresh approach to multisensory training and the development of true learning experiences.
Ivano is also a Lecturer at the University of Padua, an Open Space Facilitator, and the guitarist of WeЯEvolution.
