Alessandra Cianchettini

Alessandra works alongside companies and teams to help them express their full potential and evolve the way they work, contributing to the improvement of how complex dynamics inherent in human relationships are managed.

The core pillars of her coaching activity include creating value flow, systematically eliminating waste, managing uncertainty and work planning in an iterative way, and fostering continuous learning and improvement.

She combines advanced co-creation techniques with the principles of serious games to develop real-time strategies, improve productivity, and act strategically in managing conflicts within work teams.

Alessandra is a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator accredited by the Association of Master Trainers in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method, and she uses this tool in strategic contexts, personal identity development, and team evolution processes. Her work promotes the co-creation of decisions and strategies, the alignment of vision and expectations, and the improvement of relational dynamics.

She works on startup projects, introducing iterative tools for managing the Customer Development process and defining the Business Model.

Since 2011, she has been co-founder of Cocoon Projects.
