Event Storming is a fantastic technique for eliciting information from the entire team and enabling a shared understanding.

The EventStorming Master Class in Milan was a brilliant two-day workshop packed with knowledge. Not only did I get the method itself through hands-on practice but also a lot of little hints and tricks on how to react to participants’ body language and general behaviour. I learnt lots.

It was a real success and we got a lot of positive feedback from all the participants. The major benefits for us have been: It facilitates discussion because the whole thing is visible all the time and you can easily hop between different subjects. It helps in spotting unclear areas and conflicting conceptions. It’s a very efficient way to spread domain knowledge to the whole team.
