Breve biografia:

Susanne Kaiser lavora all’intersezione di Wardley Mapping, Domain-Driven Design e Team Topologies, aiutando le organizzazioni a progettare sistemi socio-tecnici ottimizzati per un flusso rapido e sostenibile. La sua esperienza è maturata in oltre vent’anni di lavoro nell’ingegneria del software e nell’architettura del software, inclusa la sua esperienza come CTO in una startup.

Il suo libro, Architecture for Flow (Addison-Wesley Signature Series, 2025), unisce queste discipline in un modello coerente per navigare sistemi complessi e in continua evoluzione.
