Topics
This training explores many techniques for implementing effective communication when working with people. We will focus on improving everybody’s own communication style and on promoting better communication patterns in a team. Though the material presented can be used when working with anybody, the focus is on agile teams and how to improve their efficiency: streamlining planning and retrospectives, fostering teamwork and improving feedback. The training is a mix of frontal lesson, reflections and practical activities directed to integrate the learned content in the daily operations of the participants.
