As Head of Service Design and Customer Experience in Value Partners’ Business Innovation division, Hoang has designed extraordinary services across multiple industries, developed strategies and created innovative services characterized by high experiential value.
As Executive in Residence, he deals with bootstrapping and launching startups, training innovation teams and advising within incubators and accelerators.
In the training field, he is a teacher and guest lecturer of Business Strategy, Design and Value Proposition Strategy in masters and business and design schools.
