Guy Fabien

Guy is a seasoned manager, Agile coach and Certified Professional Coach. He started his career in 1990 and carries a broad range of skills and a solid experience in various professional environments from SMEs to international corporations. Since he joined Agile Partner in 2009, he has specialized in Agile Management and has played several roles (e.g. Product Owner, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Trainer and Senior Consultant).

He is now helping individuals, teams and organizations benefit from agility on matters such as cohesion, operational performance, leadership and intra/entrepreneurship. Being recognized as “metaphorical aesthete”, Guy enjoys listening, observing, and questioning in order to help others find how to foster and apply their “own agile mind”.
He also teaches at the university in the context of a master’s degree course, and wrote down some whitepapers and addressed many questions about agility for online magazines (i.e. Paperjam, ITnation).
