Leadership Camp
Imparare fuori dagli schemi
Advancing your career means taking on new responsibilities and embracing new perspectives. The knowledge required for new roles becomes increasingly strategic and difficult to categorise, far removed from traditional training.
Specialist skills become useless without interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues with different backgrounds.
At this level, collaboration means embracing different points of view and knowing how to manage a more multifaceted reality. No single discipline has all the answers; results can only be achieved by contributing different experiences.
“What we don’t know” often doesn’t even have a specific name. It’s many small uncertainties: topics learned in the field, but without the time to explore them in depth; second-hand information that does not form a coherent picture; or perhaps the simple feeling that something is still eluding us.
Learning experiences for key people
Leadership Camp is our format designed for the growth of your team of key people. In a Leadership Camp, experts from different disciplines, united by passion, curiosity, and communication skills, will deliver a learning experience designed for the team and capable of providing precise and honest answers to the participants’ needs.
- It is interdisciplinary, so topics can be explored from multiple perspectives, discussing implications and doubts.
- It is adaptive to meet the real needs of your team.
- It is engaging because only through participation and experience can we learn truly new things and break out of mental patterns and habits.
There are three fundamental ingredients for building a learning experience of this kind.
The competence of our experts allows us to address various topics in a non-dogmatic way, exploring different perspectives.
Their affinity allows us to build a coherent vision of the space between the various disciplines. |
The adaptive format allows us to gather your team’s needs in real time and build a path that touches on key issues, bringing out doubts and obstacles and building a coherent vision of the topics.
The balance between full and empty times creates space for more sincere and deeper side conversations. |
High-level facilitation ensures that the experience is engaging and able to pick up on small signals from all participants.
Interactive visualisation allows immediate anchoring to covered topics, building a coherent representation of the learning and transformation journey. |
All this happens in “special” locations that enable a different way of thinking—for once, connected only to what is important.
Designing a leadership camp
In the first phase, we will identify your team’s pain points. This will allow us to select the most suitable experts. Together with them, we will design a learning experience that effectively addresses key topics.
Certain topics work best when supported by interactive activities. Others require facilitated conversation or moments of reflection and introspection. The initial plan of activities allows us to find the best compromise between the duration of the event and the achievable goals, creating the best possible learning experience.
Living a leadership camp
We start by quickly creating a safe space for expression, so that we can touch on topics that are important to the people present. Surprises are possible, and often welcome.
We build a possible path together, knowing that each activity can—and often must—change the game. Discoveries are shared and discussed, helping to refine the plan. The balance of full and empty spaces allows us to create opportunities for deeper conversations, making doubts and uncertainties explicit.
Together, we contribute to a new awareness that makes the principles and ideas of different disciplines compatible and offers tools to navigate the many voices, understanding what is important to you now.
