Well, it’s not hard to see in which direction the world is moving: organizations that consist of networked individuals who work from anywhere, who form teams on the fly, who focus on the customer experience (CX), who aim for objectives and achieve results, and make that a whole lotta fun for themselves. Let’s unfix our organizations!

The unFIX model is a pattern library that helps you with versatile organization design. Unlike many agile scaling frameworks and self-management methods, unFIX has its focus on continuous innovation and the human experience. It facilitates gradual change, dynamic teams, and an important role to play for managers.

Target audience

The unFIX workshop led by Jurgen Appelo, author of Management 3.0 and Managing for Happiness, is beneficial for people who are influencers in their organization regarding team structure and ways of working and for anyone who can influence their organization to promote change.

Do I need to know something beforehand in order to participate in this workshop? Prerequisites?
Some familiarity with agile and lean methods and principles in general. Deep experience is not necessary, but we won’t be explaining basic concepts such as value streams, feedback cycles, and continuous improvement.

Do I need my laptop?
You won’t need a laptop. This is a highly interactive workshop which involves spending some time standing and working in groups.

Orari: dalle 9.30 alle 17.30 ciascun giorno.
Laptop: Leggi la sezione dedicata nelle F.A.Q. qui sopra.
Dress code: Informale. Inoltre si raccomanda di indossare scarpe comode perché quasi tutte le attività avverranno stando in piedi.
Compreso nel prezzo: Nel prezzo del biglietto sono compresi i coffee break e i pranzi insieme al docente e agli altri corsisti. Perché anche il networking è importante! :)
